Elementary School head teacher How to let "love" encourage the growth of underachiever
摘要
The existence of "underachiever" is a universal and objective problem,which not only exists in a class,a school,a region or a country,but exists in the whole world of education problems. Behind the large group,the problem of "underachievers" is extremely realistic and challenging. The head teacher should fully understand their character characteristics,daily habits,interests and family conditions. The emotional interaction between the head teacher and the underachieving students refers to the behaviors that naturally occur in the interaction process and are full of emotion. In order to explore the emotional interaction behavior between the head teacher and the underachiever,the physical problems are analyzed in detail,to realize the "home-school co-education",to cooperate with each other,to adopt effective strategies to transform the "underachiever",and to achieve the education goal of common progress of all students.
