On Forming and Translating of New Internet English Words

摘要

With the development and popularization of the Internet，great impact has been placed on human language. The language with its own features and rules，which is used to communicate on the Internet，even has been named “Internet Language”. At the same time，the vocabulary of English language has appeared with new features under the impact of the Internet it’s becoming richer in meaning and larger in amount.This thesis statistical data of the new words which have emerged due to the development of the Internet，and have been collected by the popular dictionaries in recent years has been displayed，aims in providing important reference for further research on Internet English Vocabulary，through analyzing on the forming patterns of these new words，and studying on the proper translating methods according to the basic ways of translation.
