People's higher and higher demand for education is driving the innovation and development of curriculum reform. "Sport dance" as an important channel to improve students' physical fitness，its curriculum reform must cause teachers full attention. This paper will try to explore the background of curriculum reform，explain the innovation of the teaching concept of "Dancessport" teachers，try to solve the existing problems and put forward specific decision plans，in order to improve the physical quality of college students，cultivate all-round development of socialist successors to make contributions.
