Construction of "double professional" teachers based on school-enterprise cooperation

摘要


The construction of "double qualified" teachers has become the core issue of higher vocational development. Through the investigation of the current situation of the construction of "double-qualified" teacher team in higher vocational colleges by carrying out school-enterprise cooperation,this paper analyzes the needs and problems faced by the construction of "double-qualified" teacher team in higher vocational colleges,finds out the supporting functions and causes of school-enterprise cooperation in the construction of "double-qualified" teacher team in higher vocational colleges,and finds out the policies and suggestions of school-enterprise cooperation in supporting the construction of "double-qualified" teacher team in higher vocational colleges. In order to promote higher vocational colleges to formulate "double professional" teacher team construction plan,strengthen multi-contact and cooperation with enterprises,accelerate the pace of "double professional" teacher team construction.
