During the prosperity and development of the animation industry，many confusion and misunderstandings have appeared in the creation process of the animation major，which leads to the difficulty in getting high-quality development of the animation major. Under the background of rural revitalization，government departments should actively strengthen the rural chassis consciousness，root consciousness，ownership consciousness，and realize the prosperity of rural society through industrial development and rural construction. Combined with the development idea of rural revitalization，this paper explores the relationship between animation major and animation industry，and puts forward the teaching path of high-quality animation major that integrates local culture，optimizes teaching model and innovates teaching concept.
