To explore the "U-S-S-G" mode of university students' volunteer teaching practice

摘要


Volunteer teaching through internship is a kind of multi-win mode that can provide students with internship positions,improve the situation of teachers in remote areas and build school-local cooperation platform. However,due to various reasons lead to post practice is dying out. This paper aims to conduct in-depth research and analysis from the main problem dimensions such as Time,Subject,Quality and Manage. Based on the three-dimensional consideration from the perspectives of sending universities,assisted schools,students and government departments,this paper proposes an innovative,forward-looking and feasible "U-S-S-G" model of University students' volunteer teaching practice in post.
