To explore the "U-S-S-G" mode of university students' volunteer teaching practice

摘要

Volunteer teaching through internship is a kind of multi-win mode that can provide students with internship positions，improve the situation of teachers in remote areas and build school-local cooperation platform. However，due to various reasons lead to post practice is dying out. This paper aims to conduct in-depth research and analysis from the main problem dimensions such as Time，Subject，Quality and Manage. Based on the three-dimensional consideration from the perspectives of sending universities，assisted schools，students and government departments，this paper proposes an innovative，forward-looking and feasible "U-S-S-G" model of University students' volunteer teaching practice in post.
