Optimizing case teaching to achieve the purpose of law curriculum education and promoting the integration of law into the construction pattern of "ideological and political courses" is the guidance of law curriculum reform in the new era. Based on the theory of system optimization，grasp the optimization of the main body，function，teaching methods and other elements of case teaching，forming the overall optimization theory of case teaching.
