Factors：the construction of higher vocational education "dual" cultivation system is the development trend of "combination" construction and basic form，is the only way of higher vocational education reform，and is also the basis of the construction of the "twin" requirements. Based on this，this paper based on the "combination" of the construction of the higher vocational education "dual" between colleges education system construction are discussed in this paper.
