with the deepening reform of education and the development of the new curriculum reform，the fine arts education is becoming more and more attention to the development of students' aesthetic accomplishment，the rapid development of the school fine arts education institutions，to some extent to meet the students' growing demand for art accomplishment. This article from the student in the school fine arts education institutions of learning condition analysis，analysis of art institutions outside the education concept of its influence on the development of the students' innovative thinking，and further puts forward for the existing problems in the transformation of the mode of teaching measures.
