with the worldwide cultural exchanges have become more frequent，intercultural communication has become a 21st century talented person must have a basic skill. College English is the first class college education of talents in the future，should pay attention to English culture infiltration，enable students to better understand the English language and culture，so as to effectively promote the cross-cultural communication. So this article theoretically discusses the importance of culture infiltration in college English teaching，and analyzes the problems existing in college English teaching，and aiming at some of the major problems currently，gives the corresponding solution measures，in order to make English teachers can better understand the problems existing in the current English teaching.
