Rural teachers leave teaching intention survey and promotion strategy research——based on H province L county rural teacher's survey
摘要
the willingness to improve rural teachers leave teaching with stable rural teachers,the development of rural education is of great significance. The study adopts the independent sample T test,single factor variance analysis,multiple linear regression method,the empirical investigation of H province L county 264 rural teachers leave teaching intention and its influence factors. The results indicated that the L county rural teachers leave teaching will further strengthen;Relate to rural teachers leave teaching localism and family will have a significant impact,policy incentives,occupational status,school environment impact but not dramatically. Therefore,stability of rural teachers is the key to strengthen the localism,solve the family life of,higher wages,optimization of school internal management,etc.
