The state-owned enterprise performance management of shallow and optimization problem
摘要
the current state-owned enterprises to realize the new development，need to value of enterprise internal management，improve enterprise performance management work efficiency，analyzes the problems in performance management，and to optimize the management and improvement，make its state-owned enterprises can be implemented in the current competitive market. Of the existing problems in performance management in state-owned enterprises are analyzed，and put forward the relevant measures for reference，the hope can promote healthy development of state-owned enterprises to realize long-term.
