a new era，run by the local undergraduate coordinating organic student apartment service management can not only optimize financial human spending，more can promote the service management provide better services for teaching and educating. According to the situation of the current model in private，put forward in the perspective of "three education" to carry out the idea of grid service management. Strengthen existing management mechanism，improve the service and responsibility consciousness，clear functions between departments，teachers and students adapt to the trend of value diversification. Through the investigation and analysis，to set up private undergraduate student apartments and exploration on the grid service management.
