In developing discipline，improve college students' ideological and political education effectiveness research

French education，durkheim in his book，put forward the main factors influencing the moral education：developmental discipline spirit，spirit of community attachment and independent（self-determination）. Book considers appropriate way of moral education can cultivate students' sense of social norms，to prepare for future work ethic and the moral，so has the development value，this effect is known as developmental discipline. The idea of ideological and political education in our country also has also has a positive role. The ideological and political education of college students is particularly important，it is the important content of higher education in our country，but there are still exist some problems that ideological and political education work，especially the ideological and political effectiveness. In the two views of developmental discipline to carry out the ideological and political education validity specific ways：one is based on classroom teaching the primary influence factors of spindle role of main channel of ideological and political education；Second is developing discipline in social group about the attachment of the ideological and political education work.
