Vocational colleges and universities，as the main bases of the training of skilled talents in our country，are the core forces to promote the stable development of society. In recent years，the construction industry has been developing rapidly，and higher requirements have been put forward for related talents. Many migrant workers have not mastered modern construction technology and lack of safety construction consciousness，leading to hidden dangers and problems in construction quality and construction safety. Vocational colleges are required to provide them with corresponding skills training，so as to continuously improve the vocational skills and professional quality of migrant workers in the construction industry. Promote the sustainable development of the construction industry. This paper analyzes the difficulties and practical countermeasures of vocational colleges participating in the vocational skills training of migrant workers in construction industry for reference.
