Problems and measures on the construction of "Double qualified" teachers in higher vocational colleges-- Take preschool education as an example

With the core quality education concept of vocational education deeply rooted in the hearts of the people,it points out the development direction for the construction of "double professional" teachers in higher vocational colleges and universities,and brings innovation and development assistance at the same time,it also puts forward higher requirements for the construction of "double professional" teachers in higher vocational colleges and universities. Based on this,this paper takes preschool education as an example to analyze the existing problems in the construction of "double-qualified" teachers in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward corresponding optimization measures for the reference of colleagues in the education field.
