With the rapid development of the logistics industry in recent years，the logistics industry in a short time，will usher in more opportunities，the need for a large number of logistics management professionals as a reserve and support. As a higher vocational college，we should further improve the construction system of logistics management. Based on this，this paper expounds and introduces the path research and practice of modern logistics management professional group construction in higher vocational colleges for reference of relevant personnel.
