The new guidance strategy of graduate tutor and its implementation effect

摘要


This paper focuses on the tutor in the process of graduate education and management,according to the three levels of guarantee goal,promotion goal and challenge goal,according to the priorities of students' learning career goals,guide students to design gradient goals. And make feasible personalized learning career planning,and gradually achieve the goal. At the same time,the tutor should also supervise the personalized learning process of master of management in time,so as to ensure that the established goals and paths are completed on schedule. The final implementation effect of this study is good.
