Effective interactive value and skills of teachers and children in preschool classroom
摘要
Teacher-child interaction is aimed at solving problems such as children's anxiety,and effective communication between teachers and children. In this interactive process,children need to take the initiative to think and mobilize their sensory abilities. At the same time,teachers need to give effective guidance and support. In the past,in the process of teacher-child interaction,children refused to communicate with teachers because of the single language of teachers and the lack of innovation in interactive ways. The effectiveness of teacher-child interaction was extremely low,and various educational problems could not be found and solved in time. If we want to improve the effectiveness of teacher-child interaction in children's classroom and change the above-mentioned problems,we teachers should base ourselves on children's actual ability and emotional status,improve the interaction mechanism,optimize the interaction scheme,establish a comprehensive mode of communication with children,and conduct high-quality interaction with classroom teaching as the starting point. Based on the above,based on my own teaching experience,the author explores the value and skills of effective interaction between teachers and children in preschool classroom.
