Construction of applied talents training mode in biopharmaceutical specialty under the background of new medicine
摘要
This paper introduces in detail the accurate positioning of applied management personnel training of pharmaceutical specialty under the background of new medicine，and with the help of management personnel training mode，curriculum structure，the implementation of order training，double teachers to strengthen team building，theoretical teaching reform，the establishment of training and teaching system，the establishment of pharmaceutical professional applied personnel training plan.
