摘要


With the common influence of various factors such as economic globalization,modernization and urbanization,the scale,structure and function of Chinese family education have changed. At the same time,there are many problems and challenges when family education institutions assume the family education function and social education function for children. Therefore,the problem of family education is gradually changing from the problem of individual family education to the public category of social education. In the family education guidance business,the family education ability of parents to children and the promotion of family education to children's social and individual development are the key factors to improve family relations,enhance family happiness and promote social harmony. Among them,the professional level of family guidance teachers is closely related to the quality of their family education guidance business. Therefore,this paper analyzes the current situation of the development of family education instructors and the professional abilities of preschool students,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the employability of preschool students.
