How to solve the problem of "valuing intelligence，despising morality，being weak，being less beautiful，and lacking labor" in the education work，implement the "five education" simultaneously，and promote the all-round development of students is a new topic facing the economics and management majors. This paper takes a school as an example，aiming at the weaknesses of "five educations"，reconstructs the talent training system of "five educations"，which combines moral，intellectual，physical，artistic and labor education，in order to promote the all-round development of students，improve the quality of talent training and the overall ability of education to run a school，and hopes to provide reference for the training of economic management talents.
