How to Improve the Teaching Efficiency of Primary School Physical Education Classroom

New curriculum reforms and improvements in the quality of teaching and learning have brought physical education into the spotlight and made it an integral part of school education. In this context，physical education in elementary school is no longer an irrelevant subject，but has become a core curriculum that supports the learning and development of elementary school students. In the context of the new round of curriculum reform，teachers should actively seek strategies to improve the effectiveness of physical education and lay the foundation for cultivating students' lifelong awareness of physical education in order to ensure the smooth implementation of physical education in elementary school and to reflect the role of physical education.
