Challenges and Countermeasures of university freshmen education management under the new situation

The education management work for college freshmen is the focus and difficulty of the current university management work. In 2016，the Ministry of Education issued the Opinions on Deepening Education and Teaching Reform in Universities under Central Departments，which clearly stressed that the quality of personnel training should be the core task of higher education. Among them，the quality of new talent training in the new education management is of great significance to realizing the ultimate goal of talent training. At present，college freshmen are mainly faced with various problems of adapting to the new environment and changing their new roles. College education management needs to optimize the management of the freshmen group accordingly，and help them solve various difficult problems they face in life.
