Construction of talent support system for western rural revitalization

As an important measure of socialist modernization，rural revitalization can promote the formation of a new pattern of western development and the rapid development of western China. However，limited by the practical conditions in the western region，many problems encountered in the development process make the western region lack the momentum of its own development. In this regard，we put forward the important idea of promoting the revitalization of the western countryside by building a talent team，making talents an important force to promote the revitalization of the industry，giving play to the positive role of talents in technology application，resource development and education，and providing a new source of power for the development of the western region of China.
