Research on the development mechanism of talent training program in vocational undergraduate education

In the new era，with the transformation of the global economic structure，talent competition is the core content. In this context，both general education and vocational education are important contents of "education power"，with equal value. The Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China has proposed that it is necessary to build a "undergraduate level vocational education" base，pay attention to the implementation of pilot work，study the vocational undergraduate training model，and then optimize the education system. With the help of vocational undergraduate education，it will promote the reform of the talent supply side，and comprehensively consolidate the basis of undergraduate level vocational education. For vocational undergraduate education，it is very important to formulate an effective talent training program，which can guarantee the teaching quality of the school，organize the teaching process reasonably，cultivate students' character comprehensively，and help students grow healthily. The talent training program should not only conform to the teaching rules，but also adapt to social changes，based on teaching practice. Based on this，this paper will put forward reasonable suggestions around the development of talent training programs，in order to provide useful reference for vocational undergraduate education.
