Tianjin's traditional culture has strong regional characteristics and strong folk customs，forming a distinct and unique folk traditional style with the old city as the center. Tianjin murals take a variety of traditional folk customs as the theme，reflecting the changes of the city since modern times and the life of Tianjin people. This paper takes the artistic expression of Tianjin local folk custom in the interior wall environment and architectural decoration as the main line，and carries out the research and discussion of the modern murals in Tianjin.
