Research on the Proof Standard of crime of Sexual assault against Minors

Judicial certification in cases of sexual abuse of minors is not only an important practical problem urgently to be solved，but also provides a suitable entry point for the deepening of criminal proof theory research. In this paper，starting from the reality that crimes of sexual assault on minors tend to occur more frequently，from the perspective of case handling practice and perspective of grassroots legal workers，the author analyzes the confusion of evidence adoption of crimes of sexual assault on minors and the realistic dilemma that ineffective judicial strikes cannot curb the occurrence of such cases，and further explores the evidence standards of crimes of sexual assault on minors. Further explore the establishment of a proof system based on the statements of minor victims，with "beyond reasonable doubt" as the main proof standards for cases of sexual assault on minors，improve the quality and effectiveness of crime fighting to meet the urgent needs of practical justice.
