Transregional investigation of environmental pollution cases in Qilian Mountains

According to the spirit of Gansu Provincial People's Procuratorate "Notice on Centralized Jurisdiction of environmental Resource Cases in the Province" document requirements，Suzhou District People's Procuratorate is Jiuquan City environmental resource related cases centralized jurisdiction of the grass-roots hospital. In this paper，the difficulties of environmental pollution case in Qilian Mountains are studied to find the problems of trans-regional pollution control，so as to improve the efficiency of regional cooperation in pollution control.
