The ethical dilemmas of children's social work and the corresponding principles

with the continuous expansion of the field of professional social work in our country，children's social work has been paid more and more attention by the whole society. However，due to the particularity of children，social workers have to face more complicated ethical dilemmas when they are engaged in children's social work. This paper mainly explains the concept of ethical dilemma，introduces the process and main contents of children's social work，and then compares the advantages and disadvantages of the schemes put forward by social workers during the period of providing services for children，and analyzes the ethical dilemma faced by social workers，finally，the relative perfect coping principle is put forward.
