英国开放大学外部质量保证体系对我国开放大学的启示

摘要

我国开放大学自2012年成立至今，学生人数规模持续增长，但随着远程教育逐步向大众化和国际化方向发展的同时，我国开放大学远程教育质量与发达国家还存在一定的差异，英国开放大学作为全球第一所开放大学，教育质量名列前茅，经过多年的发展其形成了健全的质量保障体系，其外部质量保证体系更具特色，故英国开放大学的外部质量保证体系可以为我国开放大学提升教育质量提供一些借鉴。
