推动村级公共就业服务路径探讨

摘要

就业是民生之根本,近些年来,农村经济得到快速发展,城市化速度加快,剩余劳动力在农村集中出现,其面临的就业问题也越来越突出,但是,我国现行的村级公共就业服务发展严重滞后,村级公共就业服务位于社会边缘辅助地位,功能单一有限,不能切实解决农村劳动力的就业问题。本文借鉴国外村级公共就业服务发展的经验和教训,并结合中国国情,提出推动我国村级公共就业服务发展的相关对策建议，从而更好促进我国村级公共就业服务的发展。
