新创企业组织韧性培育路径研究

摘要

在黑天鹅事件频发、竞争压力升级的环境下，“组织韧性”概念广受关注。新创企业由于成立时间短、规模小、实力弱，在成长过程中更易受内外部环境因素的冲击，自身免疫和复原能力较弱。因此，如何培育新创企业的组织韧性对于实现新创企业的可持续性发展具有重要意义。本文对不确定环境下新创企业面临的内外部冲击进行了系统分析，结合新创企业组织韧性的构成要素，提出创业生态系统视角下新创企业组织韧性培育路径。
