韩国大学公体课的体育活动量对生活技能的影响:心理弹性和身体自我概念的链式中介作用
摘要
大学生群体在面对学业和职业压力时,体育活动被认为能有效提升他们的心理弹性和自我认知。本研究旨在探讨韩国大学
生的体育活动量如何通过心理弹性和身体自我概念影响其生活技能的发展。研究采用定量方法,通过问卷调查收集了韩国
全罗北道三所大学 231 名大学生的数据,运用结构方程模型 (SEM) 分析体育活动量对生活技能的直接影响以及通过心理弹
性和身体自我概念的间接影响。研究结果显示,体育活动量与生活技能之间存在显著正相关,心理弹性和身体自我概念在
这一关系中起到了链接中介的作用。具体而言,体育活动量通过增强个体的心理弹性和积极的自我概念,间接促进了生活
技能的发展。这一发现强调了体育活动在大学生全面发展中的重要性,并为高校心理健康教育和体育课程的设计提供了理
论支持。
