河南省应用型本科院校大学英语教师职业倦怠现状调查

摘要

职业倦怠是指现代人在面对复杂社会时所形成的亚健康生活状态。近年来，随着我国高等教育的发展和教育体制的改革，大学英语教师面临着巨大的挑战、压力和职业倦怠。然而，国内对大学教师尤其是英语教师的职业倦怠的研究却较少。本研究调查了河南省高校英语教师职业倦怠的现状以及与人口学特征相关的职业倦怠差异。
