沸石咪唑盐骨架ZIF8烟气脱硫用于本科实验教学的探索

摘要


烟气脱硫是目前控制和减少工业上SO2排放的主要技术。以石灰/石灰石法为代表的传统脱硫技术存在吸附剂再生困难、脱硫过程易结垢导致设备和管路堵塞、副产物难以处理、易造成二次污染等问题。针对传统烟气脱硫技术的局限性,我们在前期的研究工作中,开发了一种脱硫效率高、吸附剂再生性能好、操作简便、耗水量少、硫资源可灵活回收利用的烟气脱硫技术。该技术利用超声法制备了沸石咪唑盐骨架ZIF8,其具有超大比表面积,因此可高效地吸附烟气中的SO2。本文以此为基础,将ZIF8烟气脱硫技术运用于本科实验教学。在本设计实验中,吸附剂ZIF8的制备方法简单,烟气脱硫实验的可操作性强,重复性好。通过开展本实验,拓展了本科生的视野,提升了本科生的专业素养,进一步增加了其对专业综合实验的兴趣;本设计实验还可让学生对大气污染物SO2的减排有深刻的了解和认识,增强学生环境保护的意识和理念。
