自闭症儿童艺术治疗的有效方法——音乐疗法与戏剧疗法

摘要

自闭症是一种广泛发育障碍性疾病，通常发病于儿童时期。自闭症儿童往往无法与他人正常沟通，在日常人际交往中存在困难。如果没有在儿童的黄金时期进行干预治疗，他们成年后也不能融入社会进行正常生活。艺术治疗作为一种学科治疗方式，与教育学和特殊教育心理学，临床心理学和心理治疗有关，这种治疗方式能够让自闭症儿童主动参与其中，提高干预训练的成功率，对儿童的心理健康和精神健康具有重要影响。本文将重点介绍音乐疗法与戏剧疗法两种对治疗自闭症儿童有效的艺术治疗方法。
