戒律 101:指导者成功的教学策略和技巧

摘要


目前,愿意担任助产教育计划导师的认证护士助产士和认证助产士短缺,限制了接受教育计划的学生人数。导师是学术课程和临床实践之间的重要纽带,对于助产士职业的发展不可或缺。导师通过各种临床教学策略为成人学习者创造一个安全的学习和教学环境。新手导师需要培训和支持来学习新角色,而有经验的导师希望继续获得支持和培训。在开始之前,导师需要确定支持和指导的来源,并了解学术课程对学生的期望。本文利用临床教育文献来描述教授所有类型学生的方法,确定了将各级学生融入繁忙的临床环境的实用策略。详细讨论了临床教学的两种方法,即五分钟导师和 SNAPPS,提供了为学生评估提供有效反馈的策略和方法。
