高中生语言学习动机的相关性

摘要


本研究旨在确定语言教师的建构主义学习环境管理技能和创造力培养行为与高中生英语学习动机之间的显着 关系。它使用定量方法并采用相关研究设计。采用分层随机抽样技术从位于南达沃的学校的 319 名高中生中收集数据。 研究结果表明,在建构主义学习环境中,管理技能、学与教是教师表现出的主要技能,其次是时间利用和评估,而关 系建立是表现最低的技能。此外,在培养创造力的行为中,整合是表现的最高指标,其次是独立性和问题。此外,英 语学习动机的最高水平是外在调节,其次是内在动机和内向调节。最后,建构主义学习环境管理技能和语言教师的创 造力培养行为显着预测学生的英语学习动机。
