装配式建筑中BIM技术在IPD模式下的协调应用研究

摘要

IPD 模式作为一种新型的项目交付模式， BIM 技术是其核心支撑技术之一。这两个概念作为很好的合作方式，集成项目交付(IPD)和建筑信息建模(BIM)在最近的建筑、工程和施工文献中被讨论很激励，因此被推荐用于更高级的价值创造。然而，尽管它们通常是高度相关的，但它们主要是作为分立的来研究的。尤其在装配式建筑中的应用。本文旨在通过追踪IPD、BIM及装配式建筑文献的最新趋势，从而为装配式建筑中IPD模式下BIM技术的应用提供一定的参考。
