双元领导模式对员工创造力的影响机制研究
摘要
公司 300 名员工和 58 名领导。探讨了双元领导对员工创造力的影响,心理授权的中介作用和环境不确定性的调节作用。结
果揭示了双元领导影响员工创造力的机制,为企业提升员工创造力提供了理论参考。
