环泊酚对应激反应影响的研究进展

摘要

摘要：目的：全身麻醉是通过呼吸道吸入、静脉注射或肌肉注射麻醉药物，暂时抑制神经中枢的过程，临床表现神情消失、痛觉消失、反射抑制和骨
骼肌松懈。麻醉过程和手术操作过程都会引起机体应激反应，对患者造成不利影响。因此维持机体的血流动力学稳定和减少应激反应是手术顺
利进行的关键。环泊酚是我国自主研发的首款Ⅰ型静脉镇静麻醉药，是新型的 2，6-二取代苯酚衍生物。本文就环泊酚的药理作用和在各种手
术中的应用，探索其对应激反应的影响，为环泊酚的临床应用提供参考。
