教师参与大学治理研究(1915-1966)

摘要


殖民地学院时期形成了美国高等教育独特的管理模式—外行董事会制度。在早期,这种模式使得教师在大
学治理中的影响力很弱。随着高等教育规模的扩张,教师职业化的出现,越来越多的教师希望参与学院或大学治理。
当前,教师参与大学治理的观念已经深入人心。在这一过程中,美国大学教授协会在引导高校落实教师参与大学治
理的规范和程序上发挥了重要作用。
