社交焦虑学生认知共情及教育对策

摘要


社交焦虑是对他人评价表现出持续、过度的恐惧,对涉及审查、可能导致负性评价的情境产生回避行为,是学生常见的心理问题之一。本文梳理了以往有关社交焦虑学生认知共情特征的研究,探讨社交焦虑与非社交焦虑学生在认知共情方面存在差异的原因,在此基础上给出了教育提升对策。
