论教学的本质与教师教育——看似简单的困难实践

摘要

教师和教学都是我们教育环节中不可缺乏的一部分同时也展现了教师教育的特殊意义。教师教育工作看似一个简单的工作，却是一个复杂的困难的实践。本文通过对教学本质的探索，了解教师教育工作的特殊性，获得对教师教育的新认识。
