人工智能背景下泌尿外科临床教学面临的挑战和机遇
摘要
刻变革。本文基于当前 AI 技术在医 学教育和临床教学中的实际应用,探讨 AI 对泌尿外科教学方法、教学模式、师 资要
求与评价体系等方面的影响,分析其所带来的挑战与机遇,并提出相应的 改革思路。文章认为, 人工智能的应用有望突破
传统教学的限制,提升教学效 率与质量,但其成功落地也面临数据安全、伦理规范、教师 AI 素养不足等多重 挑战。为此,
医学院校应积极探索“AI+ 泌尿外科”融合的教育模式,强化智能化 教学体系建设,以培养符合未来医学发展的高素质泌
尿外科专业人才。
