“三心育人心理班会”对高职大学生心理健康水平的影响
摘要
果及作用机制。以长春早期教育职业学院 2024 级 843 名学生为对象,采用混合研究方法,通过情绪状态调查量表(CDS)、
社会恐惧量表(SFS)等工具进行前后测评估,并结合质性访谈深入分析。结果显示:干预后学生 CDS 得分由 12.00 降至 8.80
(降幅 26.7%),SFS 得分由 15.28 降至 11.47,自我认同感“强”的比例从 41.45% 提升至 48.69%。“三心”要素中,爱心
营造安全氛围,耐心提升应对能力,责任心激发价值感,共同构成关键中介机制。“学生主导、教师督导”模式有效可行。
建议将该模式纳入高职常规心理健康教育体系,并建立配套的资源建设与推广机制。
