PBL 结合现场急救教学法在重症临床教学中的效果分析

摘要


目的:探讨以问题为基础的学习(PBL)结合现场急救教学在重症监护医生临床教学中的教学效果。方法:将我
院 2021 年 7 月至 2023 年 2 月的 88 名重症监护医师随机分为两组。 对照组 44 例采用 PBL 教学模式治愈,研究组 44 例采
取 PBL 教学方式结合现场急救教学方法 治愈。比较了临床教学效果、学习情况、教学满意度、心肺复苏术技能考核合格
率、评估得分和批判性思维能力。结果:研究组在临床操作、临床管理、理论知识和知识应用方面得分较高。研究组训练
后自主学习意识、综合能力、专业水平、适应性和学习积极性较高(P<0.05), 研究组在理论知识、操作技能以及综合测
试方面的得分都比对照组高(P<0.05),与批判性思维能力相比,研究组的认知成熟度、 自信心、好奇心和分析能力均较
高(P<0.05)。结论:PBL 结 合现场急救教学法在重症监护医师临床教学中具有良好的效果。这种成果教学法可以提高危
重症医生的专业水平和专业技能,使他们能够充分掌握教学知识。因此,这种训练方法值得 在临床教学中推广应用。
